User-centric catalogue opportunities
With around 60000 pages of information, the organisation and lay-out of the technical catalogues is a huge job. Not only adding new products and services, but keeping up with the updates and communicating them to the stakeholders, was the starting point for a service design project exploring opportunities.
REYNAERS Aluminium is a leading European specialist in the development and marketing of innovative and sustainable aluminium solutions for windows, doors, curtain walling, sliding systems, sun screening and conservatories. In addition, the company also provides extensive technical support and advice to fabricators, contractors and architects.
This support is organised in a complete but complex wireframe of software and services. Within this ecosystem of information, MAXIMALdesign was commisioned to find opportunities and ideas for improvement on three timeframes. With service design techniques, workshops and a lot of indepth study, we delivered a manual for improvement which will be implemented gradually and with diverse technical impact over the coming 5 years…
